The Friends of the Marietta Public Library’s Spring Used Book Sale is on the following dates:
Saturday, May 13: 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
Monday, May 15: 9 a.m.-6 p.m.
Tuesday, May 16 9 a.m.-6 p.m. - Bag Day ($2 a bag)
The sale will be held in the Library Annex, Located at 617 Fifth Street beside the library. Items for sale include books, music and movies (VHS & DVD). For more information, call the Marietta Library at 740-373-1057 x200.
Julia Wood, Area Specialist with USDA Rural Development, will be available to speak one-on-one about 100% financing, no down payment required, home ownership opportunities, as well as home repair 1% fixed rate loans up to $20,000 and grants up to $7,500 for those determined to be eligible. Julia will be at the Barlow Library Wednesday, June 21st from 10:00am - 4:30pm.
Jeffrey Morris will be stopping by the Library to discuss his new book "But I Do Believe in God's Country."
